If you've always been interested in taking up martial arts, then join Tai chi classes at The Barn every Thursday to practice in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese art that is practiced by millions of people world wide, with a deserved reputation for improving well being, health and vitality.

Each night there are two sessions by a friendly experienced instructor:

6.30 - 7.15 pm - Foundation class for the beginners movements of tai chi including Standing Meditation, Qi Gong Breathing, Silk Reeling and Pushing Hands.
7.15 - 8 pm - Learning the Laojia Form by expanding on the foundation movements to build upon the beginners class.  

Costs are £4 for one session or £8 for both on one night. A block booking of £36 gets 6 nights (one or both sessions).
